Quad Arena privacy policy

Effective 25 October 2026 · TUNEBRAINS Sp. z o.o. · support@tunebrains.com

Quad Arena is a card game by TUNEBRAINS Sp. z o.o. (Tunebrains). This page says what the game collects about you, why, who helps us handle it, how long it is kept, and how to delete it. We keep it short and only collect what the game needs to work and to get better.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is TUNEBRAINS Sp. z o.o., ul. Św. Mikołaja 8/11, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland; KRS 0000615914, NIP 8971823760, REGON 364359578. Write to us at support@tunebrains.com.

What we collect

An anonymous account id. The game signs you in without a name, email or password: Google Firebase gives the game a random id, and your device keeps the key to it.

Why: To keep your cards and points on our server, and to match you with other players.

Kept: Until you delete your data, or until the account has not been used for 365 days.

Your game data: your cards, points, shop and the matches you play, with their moves and results.

Why: To run the game, and to look into reports of rule problems or cheating.

Kept: Your cards and points: as for the account. Match summaries (who played, the result) are kept for good for our statistics; when your account is deleted they no longer point to you. The full move records of a match: 90 days.

How you use the game (app events): when the game starts (app_start, with the platform and app version), which screens you open (screen), the quick deck buttons you use (deck_pick) and the connection errors you see (error), each with the time.

Why: To see where players get stuck and whether they come back, so we can improve the game.

Kept: 90 days. After that only daily totals remain (for example "120 players opened the shop"), which contain no account ids.

Crash reports: when the game crashes, what the code was doing, the device model, the operating system and app version, and your anonymous account id.

Why: To find and fix crashes.

Kept: Up to 90 days, at Sentry.

Server logs: the IP address and time of requests to our server.

Why: To keep the server running and secure.

Kept: Up to 14 days.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos or advertising ids. We do not show ads, we do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who handles it

Google and Sentry may process data in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Our reasons (for players in the EU and UK)

We handle your account and game data because that is how we provide the game you asked to play. We handle app events, crash reports and server logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the game working, secure and improving; they are tied only to an anonymous id.

Deleting your data

In the game, open the home screen and tap Delete my data. This deletes your account, cards, points and app events at once, and removes your id from your match history. The game then starts over as a new player. See also how to delete your data.

If you uninstalled the game, it can no longer sign in to your anonymous account, so that data cannot be tied to you any more; it is deleted after 365 days without play.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about your account, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to support@tunebrains.com. Because accounts are anonymous, deleting from inside the game is the surest way. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, or the authority where you live.

Children

Quad Arena is meant for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children; if you think we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date before the change reaches the game.
